Meet the Team – Matt Sparker

Hi, I’m Matt Sparker, co-founder of Liberty Road Homes. I’ve been buying, renovating, and selling homes since 2015 and in the Kansas City area since 2021. What started as a passion for transforming neglected properties has grown into something I’m really proud of: a company that genuinely helps people.

Before I got into real estate, I saw too many homeowners get stuck, overwhelmed by repairs, confused by the process, or pressured into deals that didn’t work for them. That’s the opposite of what we do. We sit down with you, listen to your situation, and figure out the best path forward together. Sometimes that’s a cash offer from us. I’m Carolina Sparker, co-founder and Operations Manager at Liberty Road Homes. I’m a licensed Missouri Real Estate Agent, and I’ve been owning, managing, and investing in properties in the Kansas City area for years. Real estate isn’t just my career, it’s something I truly love.

Growing up in Venezuela, I learned early on the value of hard work, family, and making a home feel like a sanctuary. That perspective shapes everything I do here. When a homeowner walks through our door, I want them to feel like they’re talking to a trusted friend who happens to know a lot about real estate, not a salesperson looking to close a deal.

I’m also a trained pastry chef (yes, really), fluent in Spanish, and the person in this family who actually keeps everything running on schedule. Matt would agree.
