What Can I Leave Behind?
Depending on the situation, that could include old furniture, mattresses, boxes, unwanted household items, garage or basement contents, old appliances and other things you simply don’t want anymore.
This can be especially helpful with a longtime family home.
Keep the family photos. Keep Grandma’s dishes. Keep the things that mean something to you.
The rest doesn’t necessarily have to become your problem.
What If the House Needs Repairs Too?
That’s not a problem.
An old roof, outdated kitchen, foundation problems, old flooring or years of deferred maintenance don’t necessarily have to be repaired before you sell.

Don’t renovate the kitchen for us. Don’t install new flooring. And definitely don’t clean the house because we’re coming over.
